Details of machine

(1) Track bed: The bed adopts a segmented design and is designed and welded by professional welders. After stress relief annealing, it is finely processed and subjected to secondary aging treatment to eliminate stress, making the bed more solid and durable. The segmented design facilitates export loading and can be disassembled and packed in a 40HQ standard container, helping customers save on sea freight.
(2) Bochu professional system, equipped with a BCW contour scanner, effectively addresses the problem of long sections of steel being easily deformed and bent. The system can automatically detect and compensate, supporting various cutting scenarios.


(3) Processing scenarios: Supports common steel material processing requirements such as flange and web cutting, groove cutting, through-weld hole cutting, bolt hole processing, marking and alignment.
(4) Professional nesting: The system seamlessly connects to TEKLA software, and the output NC program can be directly imported and input into 3D software common formats such as STEP and IGS. Efficient drawing and layout, optimized tool path, and better cutting effect.


(5) Industry application: It is widely used in the steel structure processing industry, such as various large-span industrial plants and prefabricated buildings in the steel structure industry, engineering machinery, power industry, shipbuilding (ship skeleton) industry, steel industry, road and bridge industry, warehousing and heavy equipment.
