Our Solution
- The smoothness of cutting edge is closely associated with the quality of laser beam. We configured the laser machine with high grade laser source coupled with auto focus laser cutting head to realize smooth cut edge. To accommodate large format sheet metal, the laser cutting machine was designed with 6 meter cutting platforms, and shuttle table design to help the development of industrial fan industry.

Almost all metals can be cut with nitrogen. The cutting characteristics are: there is no oxide layer on the cutting edge and no subsequent treatment is required. The disadvantage is that the laser energy requirement is higher than flame cutting, the gas pressure is higher, and the cutting thickness is relatively limited. In addition, the higher the laser power, the thicker carbon steel can be cut with nitrogen without slag.
Almost all metals can be cut with air assistance. Compared with nitrogen cutting, the cutting speed is faster and the cutting cost is lower, but the cutting surface is grayish black, and the air compressor filter needs to be replaced regularly; aluminum, brass and galvanized sheet use air cutting instead of nitrogen cutting, which is beneficial to reduce the laser reflection back to the laser.
Titanium alloy plate is cut with nitrogen, which is easy to react to produce titanium nitride and slag at the bottom, so argon assisted cutting should be used.

2) Cutting gas consumption
Water chiller installation and standard
Open the water inlet valve and add water to the water tank. The water level should be 30mm-50mm lower than the upper edge of the water tank to prevent water from overflowing from the water tank. Chillers are not allowed to use tap water. Mineral-free purified water, distilled water or deionized water must be used. Otherwise, scaling will occur on the chiller and the laser radiator, damaging the components of the machine. It is forbidden to add any corrosive liquid or antifreeze of non-specified brands.
