1.Why can't the laser cutting equipment cut through and the cutting effect is poor?
Please check the following:
(1) Does the thickness of the material being processed by the equipment exceed the processing capacity of the equipment?
(2) Is the percentage of the laser cutting machine power setting too small?
(3) Is the nozzle of the laser cutting head intact? Is the red light in the center? Is the protective lens of the cutting head clean and intact? Are the focal length and cutting parameters reasonable according to the actual processing material and thickness?
(4) Does the power of the laser of the equipment decay due to long-term cutting?
(5) If the above problems have been checked and the cutting is still not good, it is recommended to contact the sales or after-sales staff of Junyi Laser for judgment and technical support.
2.The laser cutting machine cannot be started. Does the indoor air switch trip when it is turned on?
The operator should check whether the emergency stop is triggered, whether the external circuit is connected, whether the air switch inside the equipment is closed, and whether there is a knocking sound when the machine is turned on. If so, please check the main contactor and control transformer. At the same time, check whether the laser power supply is short-circuited or the water pump is short-circuited due to water protection leakage. In addition, the problem may also be caused by the low usage of indoor air switches.
3.What should I do if the laser cutting machine cuts misaligned?
(The distance after cutting the weight or collinear shape is too large).
Feeding and cutting are not centered: First, the feeding shaft step = measured length * original step / actual length (set feeding length). Second, check whether the feeding shaft synchronous belt locking wheel and the motor synchronous belt locking wheel are loose. Third, there is relative sliding between the loose roll net and the feeding shaft. Also check whether there is a jamming phenomenon.
No feeding cutting deviation: 1. The trolley optical axis motor or synchronous wheel is loose. 2. There is a phenomenon of step loss. Step loss may be caused by too fast processing speed, too high idling speed or acceleration setting, poor contact of the trolley motor line, low driver current, driver or motor damage, etc. Generally, motor failure step loss rarely occurs, please contact the manufacturer to replace a new motor.
4.Is the feeding device of the laser cutting machine broken?
The feeding device is broken, generally caused by the photoelectric switch being broken or the inappropriate sensitivity of the photoelectric switch. The sensitivity of the photoelectric switch of the feeder can be adjusted. When the extender is closed, the upper and lower switches are turned on at the same time, and the feeder starts to work. When the sensitivity is too sensitive, even if there is a material obstruction, it will still sense the conduction. Therefore, for long feeding, the sensitivity adjustment knob at the connection point of the photoelectric switch should be adjusted so that the photoelectric switch indicator light is on when there is material obstruction.
