Aerospace Sanjiang Holding and Raycus Laser have successfully developed China's first integrated fiber optic stripping, cutting, and welding equipment, achieving "one-button" automated operation, with key performance indicators reaching international leading levels. This breakthrough fills a domestic gap and provides important technical support for China's high-end fiber laser manufacturing.

The device boasts a motion accuracy of 0.2um and can handle optical fibers with diameters ranging from 125um to 1200 um. After loading the fiber, it automatically performs stripping, cutting, and splicing with a single button, reducing manual operations and preventing damage during transportation. The equipment integrates advanced fiber stripping technology, enabling rapid and precise removal of the fiber cladding, with a smooth surface that does not generate heat; the cutting function uses high-precision cutting techniques to ensure a flat and smooth cut with an angle less than 1°; the splicing section employs efficient splicing algorithms, significantly enhancing splicing quality and stability, with a splicing loss of only 0.02 dB. 

Practical tests have shown that this integrated device achieves or even surpasses the performance of imported counterparts in terms of processing efficiency and product quality, injecting strong momentum into the development of fiber processing for both the company and the entire industry.
