In extremely cold winter weather, all cooling water in the laser, laser output head, processing head, and water chiller must be completely drained to effectively protect the entire water cooling pipeline and related components.

The laser ground wire can not only prevent leakage, but also prevent interference. If the ground wire is not connected or not connected properly, not only the staff will be easily injured when the machine leaks, but also the laser circuit board will be damaged.

To further improve equipment maintenance efficiency, the Junyi Laser technical team recently optimized and trained the Maxphotonics laser alarm information reading process. By systematically reading and analyzing alarm codes, engineers can quickly locate fault causes, shorten downtime, ensure stable equipment operation, and provide customers with more efficient and reliable laser processing solutions.

With the help of auxiliary gas, like compressed air or high pressure nitrogen or oxygen(Compressed air and oxygen play a role in cutting carbon steel, while high pressure nitrogen is used to cut stainless steel), the cutting head could be used in normal condition. So these two kinds of air pipe should be connected with the cutting head through the tank chain where located in the side of machine.

• Turn off the main power switch of the laser
• Turn off the cooling water，Hang a "forbidding opening the break" warning sign.

Main manifestation: When opening the software, it shows that the file is missing, or the operation is very slow after opening the software; in some serious cases, the computer freezes directly.
Solution: Restore or reinstall the computer operating system. After restoring or reinstalling, install the restore wizard for the customer and ask them not to install any other software except the cutting software on the local computer.

Considering the high temperature in summer, we suggest you to adjust the temperature of water cooling machine before operating the equipment, so as to avoid the condensation of moisture.
