Solution to release capacitance drop alarm

1.Air pipe connection
With the help of auxiliary gas, like compressed air or high pressure nitrogen or oxygen(Compressed air and oxygen play a role in cutting carbon steel, while high pressure nitrogen is used to cut stainless steel), the cutting head could be used in normal condition. So these two kinds of air pipe should be connected with the cutting head through the tank chain where located in the side of machine. Considered the high pressure of air and nitrogen, we suggest you choose 14mm diameter pipe, which connects the gas tank or air compressor with the cutting head through the tank chain. While the 10mm diameter pipe is regarded as the oxygen pipe. These two gas pipes would be gathered into one pipe of the cutting head.
Notice: You must check the connection of each port before the ventilation.

2.How to remove the alarm of the capacitance drop of the cutting head?
It’s normal that the cutting head would alarm when you first operate this fiber laser cutting machine, and we would provide solutions according to the reality, so don’t worry about that.
Given that this is your first time to install the cutting head, you need to do something to stop the alarm of the capacitance drop, there are three steps should be done by yourself, please read it step by step.
Step 1: Open the “Cypcut software” and click the “CNC” on the top of the control platform, and then click the “BCS100”, choose F1 and “2” to do the calibration order.
Step 2: Put a piece of metal board on the working platform( under the cutting head), and then to move the Z axis (the cutting head) down by operating the handle, so as to set the distance between the metal board and the cutting head is about 1-5cm. The cutting head would automatically focus on the board and run the calibration order within 15 seconds. After this step, the software would pop us this screen that express the stability and smooth quality, and then you could save it, and the alarm would be removed.

Step 3: You could enable the cutting head back to the origin by operating the software, and then to operate the machine.
