Switching power supply restructuring process

1.Turn off the power and cut off the waterway
●Turn off the main power switch of the laser
●Turn off the cooling water,Hang a "forbidding opening the break" warning sign.
2.ESD protection
●Wear an anti-static bracelet and ground it reliably, and lay an anti-static mat on the workbench.
3.Tool preparation
●Tools Required::Phillips screwdriver、T10 Torx hex wrench、Soldering iron(350℃±10℃)、Solder wire、soldering sucker、tweezers,conducting wire 1CM

II.Procedure
Steps
1.Drain the cooling water inside the laser
Remove the water hose behind the laser,Hold the cooling water in a container,Confirm that the internal water is completely emptied.

2.Disassemble the case
Hold the laser side upright,Remove the laser lower panel fixing screws,Remove the lower cover.

Loosen the 4 internal locking screws that connect to the upper cover(A1-A4).
Be careful not to touch the fibers inside the laser.

3.Remove all fixing screws around the perimeter of the upper cover ( There are 8 locations in total),Lift the upper cover lightly and remove it.

III:Power supply removal
1.Record the wiring
●Take panoramic and detailed photos of the power connector(Contains wires order labels).
2.Disconnect the cable
●Unplug the power input cables (L/N/PE)、Output cable(+V/-V)、Control signal cable sequentially.
3.Remove the power supply
●Remove the 4 set screws(M4×10mm),Carefully remove the power module.

Be careful not to touch the fibers inside the laser.

4.For power supply transformation, remove the cover plate on the power Supply

Silicone rubber, silicone rubber, silicone rubber, silicone rubber, silicone rubber according to the diagram, open the silicone rubber in the designated area。

Solder joints are shorted circuit
●Identified by figure,Short the two solder joints with a soldering iron(Requirements:The solder joints are round and full, and there is no bridging).After soldering, the silicone rubber is glued


IV.Installation & Restore
1.Put the power supply back in place and tighten the screws.
2.Wiring restoration:
Closely follow the records in step 3 and connect all cables in order.
3.Waterway inspections:
Replug all water pipes and confirm that the buckles are locked and not loose.

V.The whole machine is restored
1.Install the upper cover(Tighten the screws in diagonal order)
2.Replace the lower cover,Restore the locking screws.

Considerations
⚠**Operational alerts**
1.Wait for 10 minutes after power-off, and check the power to confirm that there is no residual voltage, Fiber loss
2.Do not touch the fiber path
3.Leaks in waterways
4.After the water pipe is plugged in, the tensile test is done

Test validation
1.Check before powering on:
Confirm that all cables/water pipes are connected correctly and that no tools are left behind
2.Power-on in stages:
Let it stand for 5 minutes after the water is turned on, and check that there is no leakage in the pipeline.
Power on and observe the power indicator (traffic light flashes alternately = normal).
3.Functional testing:
Perform a low-power (10%) laser light test, and continue to cut for 30 minutes after the light output is normal.
