Equipment Maintenance

Daily Maintenance Details:

  1. 1. Check the water level of the chiller, which should be higher than the position of the evaporator coil.
  2. 2. It is necessary to troubleshoot the power circuit to avoid safety risks.  
  3. 3. Before starting up, it is necessary to check and clean the protective mirror.
  4. 4.Before starting the machine, check to keep the nozzle clean and prevent clogging. Need to check if the laser focus is kept at the center of the nozzle. Ensure that all switch buttons are flexible and operable. Before leaving work, the dust and garbage on the machine platform should be cleared.
  5. 5.It is recommended to release the water from the water cooler and equip it with temperature controlled heat pipes to prevent freezing at sub zero temperatures.

Weekly maintenance details:

  1. 1. Ensure to apply butter at least once a week and inject lubricating oil once a week.
  2. 2.When adding lubricating oil, the dust cover should be removed to complete the lubrication.  
  3. 3.To maintain smooth movement, you need to remove any residue from the shelf.
  4. 4.To ensure stable operation of the cooling system, it is necessary to regularly clean the cooling filter of the cooling system.

Monthly maintenance details:

  1. 1.To ensure the normal heat dissipation of the control cabinet, the dust layer and remaining parts of the air conditioner on the main control cabinet should be cleaned.
