We received the feedback from our customer who purchased the fiber laser welder, and we wish this Q&A would help the customer who has these problems.

Specific performance:

There are alarms on the home page that cannot be used, including various lens/motor temperature alarms, water cooler/air pressure/laser alarms.

Cause Analysis:

Temperature alarms are usually caused by the thermal sensor not being plugged in/damaged or the lens being damaged, while water cooler/air pressure/laser alarms are usually caused by the wrong level being set.

Troubleshooting

① Temperature: Generally refers to the lens temperature alarm. Usually, check whether the lens is damaged first, and replace the damaged lens. If the lens is normal, directly block this alarm in the settings. Set the corresponding lens temperature alarm threshold to 0 in the settings and save it. .

②Level type: generally refers to chiller/air pressure/laser alarm

For level alarm logic, the system will compare your wiring method with your set level. If it is different, it will alarm. Please note: the alarm signal only accepts passive normally open and normally closed signals. Please do not input voltage.

Usually when an alarm occurs, it is because the alarm level is set incorrectly. Just change the corresponding alarm level.

If an alarm occurs while receiving an alarm signal, and the alarm still occurs no matter how you change it, then unplug the alarm signal and set it to low level.
