Our solution
In order to solve the problem of production efficiency, we customized a professional flat-rolling machine. Currently, the 0.5-3mm production line is more commonly used, which can meet the needs of most door industry processing and production. The number of feeding rolls can support one to six rolls. The specific solution needs to be determined according to the customer's budget and site; the production cycle of the open-screen coil device is usually 40 to 60 days, and the annual output is 80 sets; to prevent the board from being scratched, we use traditional knife The bar table is replaced with the original roller shape, without sharp corners scratching the plate, and metal materials can be transmitted smoothly.
