Processing Equipment

Our factory is equipped with 2 Haitian gantry processing centers. With advanced CNC technology and high-precision transmission systems, these machine tools can complete complex processing tasks in a short time. Through multi-axis control, various processing types such as plane, curved surface, and hole processing can be realized. They are indispensable key equipment in the production of laser cutting equipment, helping us improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.

In order to ensure the accuracy and processing efficiency of the cross-beam section of the equipment, our factory adheres to the method of using molds to manufacture aviation aluminum cross-beams. We are equipped with Pradi 60450 vertical machining center, which integrates milling, drilling, tapping and chamfering functions. It adopts BT40 spindle taper to enhance machine tool rigidity and achieve high processing efficiency, precision and strength.

The vertical machining center is made of high-strength gray cast iron. The high-rigidity and high-stability bed supports the cross-slide table. The entire stroke of the worktable is within the support range of the cross-slide table, ensuring the overall dynamic accuracy of the machine tool. The long-span herringbone column effectively reduces vibration and deformation during high-speed cutting. C3-level precision ball screws and P-level precision roller guides provide high efficiency and high precision of machine tools. Large-size motor selection ensures the equipment's high-efficiency processing capabilities.

The machine tool has a gantry layout. For high-speed movement requirements, a reinforced welded bed is designed and manufactured. It undergoes two aging treatments to ensure the accuracy and stability of the long-term operation of the bed. It has good rigidity and can withstand higher accelerations; Mainly The machine bed adopts steel structure precision welding, stress aging treatment, guide rail seats and heavy-duty frame structure processed by a large gantry milling machine.

Main frame welding: Carbon dioxide shielded welding is used to weld the main frame of the bed. It has many advantages such as a stable welding process, no internal defects, and minimal spatter. It has become the most important welding method for ferrous metal materials.

Stress relief annealing: In order to improve the wear resistance of the bed and extend the service life of the bed structure, a super-large fuel-heated annealing furnace is used to perform stress relief annealing on multiple main frames at the same time. The furnace temperature is stable at 600°C, and with electronic monitoring, the stress caused by welding can be completely eliminated, ensuring quality.

Rough machining: The purpose of rough machining is to quickly remove the blank margin. During rough machining, use a larger feed rate and the largest possible cutting depth to remove as many chips as possible in a short period of time.

Vibration aging: It is a method to eliminate the internal residual stress. Through vibration, when the vector sum of the residual stress and the additional vibration stress inside the workpiece exceeds the yield strength of the material, the material will undergo slight plastic deformation. As a result, the internal stress inside the material can be relaxed and reduced.

Natural aging: If the bed is placed outdoors for more than 1 month, the temperature stress caused by repeated handling of the bed will be eliminated, causing the residual stress to relax, stabilizing dimensional accuracy, improving precision, enhancing the anti-deformation ability, and ensuring the bed stability.

Finishing: A CNC pentahedral machining center is used to finish the high-precision parts such as the guide rails and racks of the bed to ensure the cutting accuracy of the machine tool.
