In the industrial fan & blower manufacturing industry, the manufacturer generally focuses on improving the smoothness of cutting edge of large-sized industrial fans. As many businesses become more aware of environmental impacts, industrial fans are required to be characterized by less power consumption, low noise level and eco-friendly behavior, which have to be taken into consideration when we design and manufacture the laser cutting machine.
Our solution
The smoothness of cutting edge is closely associated with the quality of laser beam. We configured the laser machine with high grade laser source coupled with auto focus laser cutting head to realize smooth cut edge. To accommodate large format sheet metal, the laser cutting machine was designed with 8 and 12 meter cutting platforms, and shuttle table design to help the development of industrial fan industry.
