The ground rail type 15035-20kw bevel laser cutting machine successfully arrived at the Korean customer factory

The 15035-20KW ground rail super large countertop equipment shipped to South Korea two weeks ago has finally arrived at the customer's factory！

Our technicians have also successfully arrived to prepare for installation. Before installation, we recommend that customers make the following preparations at the factory and share the info with you!

1. Venue requirements

Total length of equipment: 16000*3000*2200mm

(excluding the size of other accessories)

Required size of equipment placement site: 18000*35000*2300mm

2. Anchor fixing screws and impact drill

(1) An impact drill

(2) 100 pcs of M16 expansion screws, 50 pcs of M10 expansion screws

3.380V main power supply requirements

It is recommended to use cables of more than 35m2, and the length is determined based on the length from the on-site distribution box to the machine.

Gas requirements

Oxygen purity: >99.5%

Nitrogen purity: >99.95% (flow requirement: 16MPA)

(used to assist in cutting stainless steel materials)

Air: clean air, no water, no oil and no impurities

(flow requirement: 16mpa)

5. Water for water cooler

It is recommended to use 200L of distilled water

6. Ground wire

It is recommended to use copper rods to drive ground piles separately, with a depth greater than 2m.

7. Consumables part
