How do I maintain a fiber laser cutter?

The maintenance of fiber laser cutter is so important that we can’t dismiss it from our mind. Because it is the key of service life and production efficiency, and it could help you save a lot for a long term. So today I gonna to share some tips about how to maintain the machine within 5 minutes everyday.

Daily maintenance details:

1.Check the water level of water cooling machine, it should higher than the position of evaporator coil.

2. You need to troubleshoot the power circuit, so as to preclude the security risks.

3.It’s necessary to inspect and clean the protective lens before turning on the machine.

(It’s time to change a new protective lens if you find your lens is the same as this picture.)

4. Nozzles should be kept clean and no stoppage by inspecting before turning on the machine.

5. You need to check whether the focus of laser stays at the center of nozzle.

(The scotch tape could be a great assistant in testing the focus of laser beam, you could stick it on the nozzle and click the laser, and then to judge whether it is at the center of nozzle)

6. Ensure all the switch button are flexible and workable.

7.The dust and rubbish of the machine platform should be removed before coming off work.

8. We suggest that release the water of water cooling machine and equip with a temperature control heat tube, so as to prevent the phenomenon of frozen under the cold temperature of sub-zero.

Weekly maintenance details:

1. Lubricate the transportation part of the machine at least once each week, while the injection of lubrication oil should be ensured each week.

2. When you add the lubrication oil, you should remove the dust cover for the complete oiling.

3. In order to keep a smooth movement, you need to clean the residue of rack.

4.If you want to ensure a stable cooling system, you need to regularly clean the cooling filter of cooling system.



Monthly maintenance details:

1.To make sure the normal heat dissipation of control cabinet, you should clean up the dust layer of main control cabinet and the remaining of air conditioning.

2.The basic step of maintenance is to clean the water box and regularly change the cooling water.
