Step-by-step guide for switching the cleaning function of the three-in-one laser welding machine

1. Switch cleaning program: Use the switch button in the upper right corner of the homepage to switch programs, disconnect and restart

2.Replace the appropriate focusing lens: different models use different lenses, please choose according to the prompts.

3. Remove the locking part in front of the gun head

As we are using two different models of welding gun for the fiber laser welder, some models have locking screws.

SUP23T needs to loosen the locking screw on the side to take out the chuck.

SUP21T needs to loosen the screws on the upper cover to take out the chuck.

①Cleaning process

Scanning frequency: motor swing speed, range 10-100Hz, recommended setting 80

Scanning width: The scanning width of the light spot depends on the lens specifications used by your model and is selected in the system settings.

Peak power: generally defaults to the maximum power of the laser

Duty cycle: default 100%

Pulse frequency: default 2000

After setting the parameters, import and return, you can see this process on the left side of the home page

② Confirmation of focus

By scanning back and forth at near and far distances, the focus is when the sound is the loudest and the sparks are the loudest. At this time, cleaning should be carried out according to this distance, as the energy is strongest.

Depending on the focus used, the following is a reference

F150 focusing (generally the distance between the gun head and the plate is about 10-15 cm with the strongest energy)

F400 focusing (generally the distance between the gun head and the plate is about 35-40 cm with the strongest energy)

F800 focusing (generally the distance from the gun head to the plate is about 75-85 cm with the strongest energy)

③Use of gas

Gas selection for cleaning: air not less than 3 kg, filtered at level three or above, oil-free and water-free, or use other inert gases.

When cleaning, please keep the distance between the gun head and the plate stable and the hand speed even.
