How to test the concentricity of laser beam?

Coaxial test: judge the coaxiality of the nozzle exit hole and the laser beam according to the following standard.

The coaxiality between the nozzle exit hole and the laser beam is one of the important factors affecting the cutting quality. If the nozzle and the laser beam are not in the same axis, it will only affect the inconsistency of the cutting surface. Nozzle heats up and burns out.

Nozzle: Size 1.2mm

Tools: Scotch tape

Method:

1. Adjust the coaxial at the focal point 0, so that the laser is in the center of the nozzle;

2. Spot light at the focal point ±6mm;

3. If the focal point 0 and the ±6mm lighting point are both in the center of the nozzle, it is normal; otherwise, replace the cutting head or the optical path of the laser is shifted.

If the abnormal condition happens, you could adjust the position of laser beam by rotating the screw with the help of the hexagon key. And then to test the position of laser beam till the focus points are overlapped.
